Katrin Lehmann prsentiert ein internetbasiertes Testverfahren zur Beurteilung der Eignung von Teammitgliedern. Auf der Basis eines Kompetenzmodells der Mitglieder virtueller Teams entwickelte sie zunchst theoriegeleitet einen Persnlichkeitsfragebogen. Dieser beinhaltet Items, die elf relevante Subskalen, u. a. Vertrauensfhigkeit, Konfliktfhigkeit und Selbstmotivation, erfassen. Im Anschluss an eine Pilotstudie mit 169 Probanden unter Verwendung einer PaperPencilVersion wurde das Verfahren von 258 Mitgliedern virtueller Teams (50 Teams) online bearbeitet. Auerdem gaben die Teamleiter eine Leistungs und Potenzialbeurteilung der Teammitglieder und der Teams ab.
