Vor diesem Hintergrund sollte das Bilanzrechtsmodernisierungsgesetz (BilMoG) die Attraktivitt in Relation zu den internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards im Zuge einer vollwertigen, einfacheren und primr kostengnstigeren Informationsalternative ausdrcklich fr mittelstndische Unternehmen erhhen. Dies geschah unter der Prmisse, die Grundpfeiler des HGB wie die Hchstausschttungsbemessung, steuerliche Gewinnermittlung und berschuldungsmessung im Sinne des effizienten Glubigerschutzes nicht zu berhren. Schlielich zeigt sich, dass dieser multifunktionale Anspruch, insbesondere die mit der Internationalisierung begrndete erhhte Informationsfunktion, nach zwei Jahren Gltigkeit fr den Groteil seiner Anwender, mittelstndische Unternehmen in mehrheitlichem Familienbesitz, nur eingeschrnkte Relevanz besitzt.
