Seit Inkrafttreten der zugehrigen gesetzlichen Grundlagen (Juli 2001) versuchen nun die involvierten Leistungsanbieter (LA), die Sozialleistungstrger (LT) und die betroffenen Leistungsempfnger (LE) mehr oder weniger erfolgreich nach Wegen zur Umsetzung. Diese Studienarbeit erhebt den Status quo und betrachtet die Auswirkungen des PB in Bezug auf Werksttten fr behinderte Menschen (WfbM). Praxiserfahrungen, speziell fr Budgetleistungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Thema Arbeit, sind kaum vorhanden. Dies besttigt auch die Bundesregierung als Antwort auf eine Kleine Anfrage des Abgeordneten Jrg Rohde , der die geringe Inanspruchnahme des PB im Bereich Arbeit hinterfragt. Demnach wurden, im Zusammenhang mit dem unten noch nher beschriebenen Modellprojekt, nur 3% der Budgets im Bereich Arbeit beantragt, davon keines fr die Gesamtleistung einer WfbM . Wesentliche Quellen fr diese Arbeit sind deshalb Stellungnahmen und Fachvortrge auf der Ebene von Fachverbnden oder Praxisberichte einzelner Werksttten oder Sozialleistungstrger. Vom Leser wird eine grundstzliche Kenntnis ber die Einordnung des SGB IX (Eingliederungshilfe) innerhalb der Sozialgesetzgebung vorausgesetzt.
