Dabei spielen Faktoren wie die Bekleidung und die Authentizitt des Verkufers eine groe Rolle. Die vorliegende Studie untersucht den Einfluss dieser Kriterien auf den Verkaufserfolg. Skifahrer beurteilen anhand eines Videos der Verkaufssituation den ersten Eindruck vier unterschiedlicher VerkuferOutfitkombinationen. Ein branchenfremder und ein authentischer Verkufer stellen Skimodelle vor. Beide Verkufer prsentieren sich sowohl im sportlichen Outfit als auch im Anzug. Mittels eines Fragebogens wird der Einfluss der Authentizitt und der Bekleidung auf die vier Merkmale Kompetenz, Produkterlebnis, Vertrauen sowie Kaufbereitschaft erfasst. Die Testergebnisse zeigen, dass die sportliche Kleidung und die authentische Persnlichkeit des Verkufers alle vier Merkmale signifikant positiv beeinflussen. Der glaubwrdige Verkufer erzielt tendenziell im Anzug sogar einen greren Verkaufserfolg als der branchenfremde Verkufer im sportlichen Outfit. Das Fazit der Studie stellt die authentische Persnlichkeit des Verkufers als Schlssel zum Erfolg heraus.
