I was disappointed with this memoir. The premise sounded great but the storytelling fell flat for me. The art was okay, but it didn't really compensate for the lack of depth in the narrative. I was hoping for a more compelling journey through the teen years. Won’t be recommending it to friends.

I picked this up hoping for something more profound. While the illustrations were nice and the stories engaging, I felt some parts were a bit rushed. It’s a decent read, just didn’t hit as hard as I expected for a memoir. Still worth checking out if you like graphic novels.
