About the Author Russell A. Stevenson (18901981) held the post of Dean of the School of Business Administration at both the University of Minnesota (19261944) and the University of Michigan (19441961). He also served as a member of t he Small Business Advisory Committee of the U.S. Department of Commerce from 19461952.
