Zusatzliche Elemente, zu denen insbesondere Einzelhalbleiter und integrierte Schaltkreise gehoren, setzt man durch ein Bondverfahren in die Schichtschaltung ein. In diesem Buch werden die Herstellungsverfahren fur Schichtbauteile, deren Eigen schaften und die Hybridierung der Schaltung, nicht aber Fragen der Halbleitertech nik behandelt. Der Band soll dem lngenieur oder Physiker eine EinfUhrung in die hybride Schichttechnik bieten, ihn aber auch in die Lage versetzen, die wesentlichen Kenntnisse zum selbstandigen Bau von Schichtschaltungen zu erwerben. Viele Beo bachtungen und Erfahrungen aus dem Labor fur Dunnund Dickschichttechnik der Universitat Stuttgart sind in die Darstellung eingeflossen. Dem Leiter dieses Labors, Herrn Dr. T.
