Nach methodologischen berlegungen zur Behebung weit verbreiteter Fehler bei der Einstellungsund Verhaltensvernderungsmessung wird eine empirische Untersuchung zur Vernderung von Einstellungen bei Lehrerstudenten in erziehungsrelevanten Situa tionen vorgestellt. Zur Messung der Einstellung wurde hier ein ReaktionsSimulations Rating (RSR) angewandt. Die Studenten sollten auf stichwortartig vorgegebenes Sch lerverhalten innerhalb von 60 sec schriftlich reagieren und zwar am Anfang (Vortest) und am Ende (Nachtest) des Semesters. Die 43 Studenten der Experimentalgruppe bekamen zwischen Vor und Nachtest ein leichtes Reaktionstraining in Richtung des sozialintegrativen Erziehungsstils, whrend die 42 Studenten der Kontrollgruppe am normalen Vorlesungsbetrieb teilnahmen. Es wurden alle Reaktionen einem Rating unterzogen und clusteranalytisch typische Vernderungsproftle (regressionstransfor miert) ermittelt. Es zeigte sich, da die Vernderungsproftle der Experimentalstich probe signifikant hufiger eine pdagogisch positive Einstellungsnderung spiegelten. 5. Literatur Bastine, R., M. Charlton, D.
