Die fr eine umfangreiche Phnomenologie verdeckter Informationsbeschaffung und Verbrechensbekmpfung erforderlichen Informationen werden im Wege der Sekundranalyse gewonnen. Verbrechertaktiken und polizeiliche Bekmpfungsmethoden intensivieren sich gegenseitig. Dies zeigt sich vor allem bei der Abwicklung von Probe, Vertrauens und Scheingeschften durch VPersonen und verdeckte Ermittler im Bereich der Rauschgiftkriminalitt. Die entscheidende Rolle der VPersonen liegt im Ermittlungsverfahren, ihr Auftreten vor Gericht ist demgegenber nur selten erforderlich. Die strafprozessuale VMannProblematik wurde daher in der Vergangenheit berbewertet.ReviewDiese Dissertation ist vor allem deshalb interessant, weil sie die Arbeit der Polizei mit VLeuten und Verdeckten Ermittlern darstellt und sich dabei nicht nur am juristischen Gerst aufhlt, das Gegenstand der meisten deutschen Arbeiten auf diesem Gebiet ist.
