The purpose of this study was to explore the beliefs and attitudes of selected Bangladeshi and Filipino teacher educators. The study discovered teacher educators beliefs in teaching of both the countries. In this research, Beliefs were focused into five categorized and these were regarding profession, pedagogical, teaching quality, sharing thoughts and research work. On the other hand attitudes were brought out on five important areas in their teaching profession like students motivation, self confidence of teachers in teaching and administration along their performance. The study found that there were few commonalities both the countries teacher educators regarding beliefs and attitudes. They hold same beliefs and attitudes for sharing thoughts and motivating their students and gave same emphasis on Blooms Taxonomy and professional training. Though they had several differences like pedagogical beliefs, research work overall attitude of class room teaching. The study recommends to do research work and training for the teacher educators and inclusion of ICT education in teachinglearning process for enhancement professionalism in teaching.
