I was expecting more depth in this collection. Also, the book arrived with a dented cover, which was disappointing. The content is okay but not what I hoped for given the subject matter.

Thoughtful Essays on Leadership
I really enjoyed Benedict XVI's essays in this book. His reflections on his papacy are deep, and they give you a unique perspective on his leadership style. If you're into theology or just want to understand his thoughts better, this is a must-read!

Interesting but a Bit Dense
The essays are fascinating, but some parts felt a bit too academic for my taste. It took me a while to get through certain sections. Still worth it if you want to dive into his thoughts and the context of his papacy.
