Und falls dem so ist, welche Prinzipien verfolgen humanitre NGOs in solch komplexen humanitren Notlagen? Um diese Leitfrage beantworten zu knnen, wird zunchst die klassische Form humanitrer Hilfe dargestellt, um im zweiten Abschnitt dieser Arbeit drei Typen humanitrer Hilfe darzustellen, deren Prinzipien als Reaktion auf die Herausforderungen der neuen Kriege' entstanden sind und sich von den klassischen Prinzipien unterscheiden. Zuvor werden die Dilemmata beschrieben, die sich die humanitre Hilfe angesichts der neuen Kriege' zu stellen hat. Die neuen Kriege' werden in diesem Zusammenhang als der wichtigste Grund angefhrt, der zu einer Vernderung der klassischen Prinzipien humanitrer Hilfe gefhrt hat. Da die Entstehungsgrnde und Ursachen der neuen Kriege' fr das Erkenntnisinteresse der vorliegenden Arbeit aus Sicht des Autors keine zwingende Relevanz aufweisen, werden sie ausschlielich als inhaltliche Ergnzung im Anhang der vorliegenden Arbeit thematisiert.
