Im Rahmen der Analyse werden Aspekte der institutionellen Finanzierungstheorie und Verteilungstheorie mit einer unmittelbar umsetzbaren vermgenspolitischen Konzeption verbunden. Ausgangspunkt ist eine Analyse der derzeitigen Vermgensverteilungssituation in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
