Aber auch Schule, Bildungs, bergangs und Ausbildungssystem werden zunehmend durch diese Fortschritte beeinflusst und mssen auf die aktuellen Herausforderungen ihrer Zeit reagieren und dabei die Zukunft ihrer Klientel mit in den Blick nehmen. Trotz der groen Wertschtzung, die vor allem das 'duale System' im deutschen Berufsbildungssystem geniet, ist es dringend notwendig, dort anzusetzen, wo verstrkt Probleme auftreten, nmlich bei der Integration der nachwachsenden Generation in die Berufswelt. Denn der Anspruch aller Bewerber/innen, eine berufliche Ausbildung aufzunehmen, wird gegenwrtig nicht mehr erfllt.
