Als Kapitalgesellschaftsrechtsform besitzt diese grundstzlich Attraktivitt als Rechtsform fr eine Holding, da die Besteuerung gerade fr Holdinggesellschaften ein wichtiges Rechtsformwahlkriterium darstellt. Wie die Besteuerung einer Holding in der Rechtsform einer SE mit Sitz in Deutschland aussieht, ist der zentrale Untersuchungsgegenstand dieser Arbeit. Dabei werden sowohl aperiodische als auch periodische sowie nationale als auch internationale Geschftsvorflle betrachtet. Die Beurteilung der untersuchten Sachverhalte erfolgt anhand eines Kriterienkatalogs, der die Prinzipien des rechtsstaatlichen Steuerrechts, die Rechtsformneutralitt der Besteuerung und die Europarechtskonformitt der Besteuerung umfasst.
