Die vorliegende Studie analysiert die Wirkfaktoren fr das Seniorenwohnen. Grundlage stellt eine Befragung BetreuterWohnAnlagen im Kreis Steinfurt dar. Den Beginn macht eine einleitende bersicht ber Wohnbedrfnisse und Wohnfunktionen im Alter aus pflegewissenschaftlicher Perspektive. Danach werden seniorenspezifische, soziodemographische Angaben fr den Kreis Steinfurt einer Bedarfsanalyse fr das Seniorenwohnen aus kleinrumiger Sozialraumanalyse gegenbergestellt. Herausgearbeitet werden die spezifischen Wohnbedrfnisse des lndlichen Raumes. Es folgt eine knappe Darlegung ber Studienaufbau und Ablauf und die Befragungsergebnisse werden ausfhrlich dargestellt. Den Schluss bildet die Herausarbeitung von Faktoren, nach denen Senioren/Angehrige, Investoren und ambulante Pflegedienste BetreuteWohnAnlagen bewerten knnen. About the Author Dieter LangeLagemann, geb. 1963, absolvierte seine Krankenpflegeausbildung von 1990 1993 am Bergmannsheil in Bochum. Nach langjhrigen Ttigkeiten auf einer Intensivstation in Bochum und dem Inselkrankenhaus Borkum absolvierte der Autor ein Fernstudium an der Hamburger Fernhochschule HFH, dass er als DiplomPflegewirt (FH) in 2009 abschloss. Seit 2004 leitete er mehrere ambulante Pflegedienste im Mnsterland. Dabei lernte er die Bedeutung des Wohnens fr Senioren mit dem Ziel einer mglichst selbststndigen Lebensfhrung auch bei Pflegebedrftigkeit kennen. In der vorliegenden Studie wurden anhand der Befragung BetreuterWohnAnlagen im Kreis Steinfurt Faktoren eruiert, die Senioren selbststndiges Wohnen ermglichen, Investoren Grndungsinformationen liefern und ambulanten Pflegediensten passgenaue Dienstleistungsangebote ermglichen.
