Die Idee zu diesem Sammelband entstand aus der gemeinsamen Vorbereitung eines Seminars zur Bedeutung der Theorie der Verfugungsrechte fUr die Betriebswirt schaftslehre. Als problematisch erwies sich dabei, daB die einschUlgige Diskussion bisher ganz uberwiegend in der Volkswirtschaftslehre gefuhrt wurde. In unserem Fach wird verfUgungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen erst seit einigen Jahren von einer (noch) recht kleinen Zahl von Fachvertretern Aufmerksamkeit gewidmet. Notwendig erscheint insofern eine breitere Diskussion in der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, urn das in novative Potential der Theorie der VerfUgungsrechte und verwandter Ansiitze besser abscbatzen zu kOnnen. Deshalb sollen die vorliegenden Beitmge das Spektrum be triebswirtschaftlicher Teilgebiete und Wissenschaftsauffassungen mOglichst breit ab decken, ohne daB hier ein Vollstandigkeitsanspruch erhoben wird. Unser besonderer Dank gilt den Autoren fUr ihre spontane Bereitschaft trotz viel faItiger Belastungen an diesem Vorhaben mitzuwirken.
