She Played A Significant Role In The Freedom Movement.Due To Her Popularity And Talent, She Became The President Of The Congress Session Held In Kanpur In 1925 And, In 1932, Traveled To South Africa As IndiaS Representative. After IndiaS Independence, She Became The First Governor Of Uttar Pradesh. A Dear Friend Of Mrs. Annie Besant And A Beloved Disciple Of Gandhiji, She Dedicated Her Entire Life To The Nation.
