Die untersuchten Teilaspekte, die von in ihrem Fachgebiet jeweils versierten Persnlichkeiten analysiert und interpretiert werden, sind z. B. Berufsbiographien, Lebensorientierungen, Religion und Glaube und die Zeit in der Rudolf Steiner Schule. Die Studie, der eine entwicklungsgeschichtliche Darstellung dieser Schulform vorangeht, ist die bislang umfangreichste ihrer Art in der Schweiz.
