Pseudomonas fluorescens, the microbe that has most efficient capacities in different areas such as plant growth promoting ,Biofertilizer,Biodegradation, Bioremediation.In this project i have isolated and biochemically characterized Pseudomonas fluorescens from different places of south india and i have checked for it's efficieny on the different vegetable plants in generating the PGPR .I have done biometric analysis.I have also standardized Pseudomonas fluorescens in the biodegradation of silk industry effluent.Finally the napthol content of silk industry effluent was decresed which was screened bY HPLC. As a scholar i feel this is a god's gift to human world .I was very much glad to do my entire project and i am now excited to publish this too.
