Honestly, I was disappointed with this book. It felt very basic with lots of filler content. I was hoping for more technical insights, but it didn’t deliver. Maybe it’s good for true beginners, but I needed something more advanced.

Great for non-techies!
I bought this for my mom who's curious about tech stuff but not very savvy. She found it quite engaging and learned a lot about fingerprint scanners and facial recognition. It’s written in a way that anyone can grasp. Highly satisfied!

A solid introduction to biometrics
I picked this up for my tech class, and it really breaks down complex concepts into easy-to-understand terms. The layout is friendly, and I love how it uses real-world examples. Definitely a great resource for beginners!

Useful but could use more depth
This book is pretty good for getting started with biometrics, but I felt it skimmed over some advanced topics that I needed for my project. Still, it's a nice reference to keep on hand. Just wish it went a bit deeper in certain areas.
