This workbook is designed to assist in selfesteem building, and to promote positive selfimage. Although this study is designed specifically for girls and ladies, it is also recommended for boys and men as well. The curriculum provides for 10 weeks of workshops and teachings, that will enable the participant to work through the issues and areas in their life that have caused them to view themselves as less than adequate and "good". It is believed that "the self image is the key to human personality and human behavior. Change the selfimage and you change to personality and the behavior." (Maxwell Maltz) BiWi "Because I'm Worth It!" Workbook's mission is to assist in the change of those identified as having low and unhealthy selfesteem. This curriculum is designed to help the participant view themselves as the beautiful, vibrant, intelligent individual they are created to be.
By changing our most important processes and
products, we have already made a big leap forward. This ranges from the
increased use of more sustainable fibers to the use of more
environmentally friendly printing processes to the development of
efficient waste management in our value chain.
