Um als Unternehmen langfristig wettbewerbsfhig zu sein, muss die Weiterbildung der Mitarbeiter auf hohem Niveau gehalten werden. Blended ELearning kann dies leisten. Doch welche Vorteile hat diese Lernmethode? Wie lsst sie sich im Unternehmen integrieren und welche Risiken sind mglicherweise mit ihr verbunden?
