'Blood and the Badge' provides a unique perspective on a scandal that shook the nation. The mix of personal stories and the Mafia's influence was really intriguing. Would have loved to see more details on the characters' backgrounds though.

My New Favorite Crime Book
Absolutely loved 'Blood and the Badge'! The scandal and drama kept me turning pages until late at night. The way it reveals the corruption in the police force is eye-opening. Highly recommend to true crime fans!

Interesting but Lacked Depth
I found the story engaging, but some parts felt a bit rushed. The scandal was shocking, but I wish there was more background on the cops involved. Still, it's a decent read if you love true crime.

Compelling but Flawed
This book had some really compelling moments, especially the parts about the Mafia. However, the pacing was a bit off, and I felt certain details were glossed over. Worth a read, but not the best I've had.

Disappointed by the Ending
I was really into the book until the last few chapters. It felt like the author hurried to finish, leaving a lot of questions unanswered. Had potential but didn't quite hit the mark for me.
