I was a little let down by this installment. While I appreciate the historical context, the pacing dragged in certain chapters. It didn't quite capture the intrigue of other books in the series. I'd rate it just okay.

As a huge fan of Sister Fidelma, I found this mystery to be gripping from start to finish! The plot twists kept me on my toes, and the historical backdrop really adds depth. Highly recommend it for anyone who loves a good whodunit!

Loved the Characters and Setting!
This book really brought Sister Fidelma's world to life! The characters were well-developed, and I loved the Irish setting. The mystery was engaging, and I couldn't put it down until I figured it out. A great read!

Disappointed with the Ending
I have to say I was pretty disappointed with the ending of this one. The buildup was great, but the resolution felt rushed and unsatisfying. I still like Sister Fidelma, but I expected more from this mystery.

Good, but a bit predictable at times
I enjoyed "Blood in Eden," but I felt some parts were a bit predictable. Sister Fidelma is always interesting, but I wanted more surprises! Still, it's a decent mystery to read on a rainy day.
