I was really excited about the Brain Quest Phonics Readers, but the stories didn't captivate my child as I hoped. They are decent for practicing phonics but lacked the excitement needed to keep my 6-year-old interested. We may look for some more engaging options next time.

I bought the Brain Quest Phonics Readers Set for my 5-year-old daughter who’s just starting to read. She loves the colorful illustrations and the stories are really engaging. It’s helped her with both short and long vowels, and I can see her confidence growing!

Decent set but took a while to arrive
The Brain Quest Phonics Readers arrived much later than I expected. Once we finally got them, they were good for my daughter, but the shipping delay was a bit frustrating. The stories are helpful for practicing vowels, just wish I got them sooner!

Helpful but a bit basic
The Brain Quest phonics readers are good for beginners, but I wish they had a bit more variety in the stories. My son enjoys the decodable format, which makes it easier for him to practice his sounds, yet some of the tales felt too simple for his age. Still, they serve their purpose.
