Le Brviaire potique a t compos sur le mme modle, avec des textes se rapportant aux grandes ftes de l'anne chrtienne extraits de divers recueils : Corona benignitatis anni Dei, La Messe lbas, Pomes retrouvs, Visages radieux, Pomes de guerre, La Rose et le rosaire. Les dates des pomes s'chelonnent de 1909 1946, mais l'unit de l'inspiration reste entire comme reste fidle luimme l'crivain au cours de ce demisicle de posie et de pit.
