Por otra parte la situacin laboral del personal de enfermera desempeo hospitalario dirigida hacia el cuidado, desde su historia se ha implicado ser capacitada como recurso humano de ayuda creando desde lo social baja autoestima y conflicto en su rol de trabajo.
