About the Author Carlos Aganzo (Madrid, 1963) estudi Periodismo en la Facultad de Ciencias de la Informacin de la Universidad Complutense, y desde el inicio de su carrera colabor en el diario. Ya, a cuya redaccin se incorpor en 1987. All ejerci de crtico literario, cronista de jazz, jefe de local , de cultura y subdirector, hasta el cierre del rotativo en 1996. Tambin dirigi la revista cinematogrfica Interfilms, y tras un breve perodo como director de La Voz de Huelva, comenz a trabajar en 1996 para el Diario de vila, peridico que dirigi desde enero de 2003 hasta que recientemente se incorpor a una empresa de comunicacin. En 1998 publica su primer libro de poemas, Ese lado violeta de las cosas: canto carnaval y canto de difuntos, al que seguirn el ensayo biogrfico Jorge Pardo, Improvisaciones (2002) y el poemario Manantiales (2002) accsit del premio Rafael Alberti y premio Jorge Guilln. como si yo existiera (2004) y La hora de lo juncos (2006) son sus libros de poemas ms recientes, Adems, ha sido incluido en la antologa Quinta del 63, y l mismo ha coordinado o participado en otras como Pequeas antologa de poesa abulense (1998) y Murallas abiertas: encuentro de poesa vila y Navarra (2007)
