1978. Book Club Edition. 163 pages. Photographic jacket over quarterbound black cloth over brown papercovered boards with gilt titles to spine. Introduction by Rogers E M Whitaker. Includes photographic plates. Book Club Edition stated on DJ front flap. Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing. Boards have some moderate edge wear, with slight bumping to corners and minor bumping to spine ends. Gilt is bright. Unclipped jacket has light edgewear with small tears and creasing. Jacket is slightly rubbed and marked overall. Spine is sunned.
