Now days, ruralurban migration particularly, in the less developed countries like Ethiopia is, increasingly becoming a common phenomenon. There are a number of interrelated push and pull factors for such massive migration of people from places of origin to places of destination. But the extent and the types of these pull and push factors vary from one place to another place. This book has examined the most important determinants of migration (push and pull factors) on the Gamo people form Southern Ethiopia National Regional State to Addis Ababa capital city of Ethiopia. In addition, the book has identified the peculiar work culture of the migrant Gamo people.
