Ein solches Finanzprodukt ist BonusZertifikat Ein BonusZertifikat ist ein strukturiertes Finanzprodukt, der aus mehreren Komponenten des Kassa und Terminmarktes besteht, dessen Zahlungseigenschaften von der Kursentwicklung des Basiselementes(Index, Aktienkorb, einzelne Aktie, Whrung, Rohstoff, usw.) abhngig sind. Es funktioniert wie ein Partizipationszertifikat mit bedingter Bonuszahlung. BonusZertifikate sind relativ neue strukturierte Produkte, die seit 2003 am Markt sind und werden von mehreren Emittenten zurzeit aktiv den institutionellen und privaten Anleger angeboten. Diese Arbeit beschftigt sich mit der Struktur, den Eigenschaften und Chancen/ Risikoprofile von BonusZertifikaten. Ziel der Arbeit besteht darin, BonusZertifikate als neue Finanzinnovation zu analysieren, deren Besonderheiten zu zeigen und zu untersuchen, welches Anlagekonzept dahinter steckt. Dabei werden BonusZertifikate mit anderen strukturierten Produkten und Zertifikaten verglichen, um die eigenstndige Position des BonusZertifikates und hnlichkeiten mit anderen verwandten Produkten zu zeigen. Da die strukturierte Produkte aus mehreren Komponenten bestehen, werden eine Zerlegung von BonusZertifikaten in die Basiselemente und eine Analyse deren Eigenschaften die wichtigste Untersuchungsmethoden.
