The phenomenal growth in all facets of science is largely due to the methodologies and procedures developed by dedicated scientists. The biological science is no exception. In recent years many novel methods are being developed and some improved in biological sciences. Under the current multidisciplinary approach concept a research scholar has to refer many books and periodicals to select procedures for his work and has to standardize them before putting into practice. In this regard, a welldocumented procedure manual will help the scholar save a lot of time and energy and make his work easy. With this view in mind many procedural monographs have appeared. This book is an attempt to present simple approaches to my research during Ph D so that scholars having interest in this field may be benefited. The content of the book is accessible in original form. The methodology of the research has based mostly on immunological techniques. I am particularly grateful to my supervisor Prof. Ajit Varma for his kind care and supervision during my study and onwards.I am grateful to respected Dr. Rajiv Gulati for ever helpful guidance, blessings and moral support.
