Diese Arbeit stellt den ersten Schritt einer detaillierten strukturbiologischen Charakterisierung des E5Proteins, welches eines der kleinsten bekannten Onkoproteine ist, dar. Hierbei wurde die Sekundrstruktur des E5Proteins, dessen Orientierung in der Membran sowie die Fhigkeit zur Dimerbildung eingehend mittels Kernspinmagnetresonanz und CirculardichroismusSpektroskopie untersucht.
