I expected this book to be a real page-turner based on the premise, but it fell a little flat for me. The adventures with the dragons are okay, but some choices felt repetitive. Still, it's a fun way to get kids reading, I guess.

Interesting Concept but Lacking Depth
While the idea of choosing your own adventure is cool, I found some of the paths in this book a bit shallow. The illustrations of the Chinese dragons were nice, but the stories could use more detail. It’s entertaining but not as engaging as I expected.
