Es zeigt sich, dass das ChurnManagement im B2BKontext mit spezifischen Anforderungen verbunden ist. Insbesondere sollte die hierarchische Struktur aus Geschftskunden und Nutzerebene innerhalb des ChurnManagements im B2BKontext Bercksichtigung finden. Mit der Anwendung der neueren Methoden der Latent Class Regression und der Multilevel Latent Class Regression belegt der Autor die Bedeutung der simultanen Integration der unbeobachteten Heterogenitt im Kundenverhalten fr die Erklrung des ChurnVerhaltens von Geschftskunden.
