Oftmals wissen heute die mittelstandischen Entscheidungstrager aus euphorischen Fach artikeln der EDVBranche und der finanzstarken Gro industrie zwar tiber mogliche Vorteile von CIM und CIMKonzepten, bekommen aber nur sehr schwer konkrete, ftir sie verwertbare Informationen und Antworten. Ziel der vorliegenden Veroffentlichung ist es daher, auf den Mittelstand abgestimmte, umfassende, praxisnahe, nachvoll ziehbare und wissenschaftlich fundierte Informationen anzubieten.
