Neben der Qualitt der Produkte ist aber auch die Qualitt der Planung, die sich beispielsweise im Grad der Termintreue, in der Verkrzung und in der besseren berschaubarkeit der Auftragsabwicklung offenbart, eine wesentliche Waffe im Wettbewerb.
