Este libro recoge la tesis que lleva por ttulo: El uso de la autocensura literaria, como medio para trasmitir ideas contrarias al rgimen franquista, en el marco de la Ley de Prensa de 1966. Estudio del caso: la dictadura, Miguel Delibes, y "Cinco horas con Mario". Tiene como objetivo demostrar el uso de la autocensura literaria, en el marco de la Ley de Prensa de 1966, como medida para eludir los mecanismos de control del Rgimen, demostrar las realidades ocultas a la ciudadana, y trasmitir ideas contrarias a la dictadura franquista, para favorecer el proceso de cambio socialpoltico y cultural, tomando como modelo explicativo a Miguel Delibes y a su novela "Cinco horas con Mario". Es una investigacin de carcter multidisciplinar (sociologa, ciencias polticas, historia, comunicacin y literatura) lo que permiti un estudio ms completo. La metodologa utilizada ha sido la cualitativa combinando el uso de fuentes documentales, las entrevistas en profundidad (realizadas a personalidades de renombrado prestigio del mbito acadmico y periodstico) y, como parte central, el anlisis de contenido de la obra literaria "Cinco horas con Mario".
