I received my CISM Review Manual late, which was frustrating. It took almost two weeks to arrive. The book itself is fine, but the shipping issues really put a damper on my study schedule. Hope they improve this!

I like the CISM Review Manual overall, but the condition it arrived in was a bit disappointing. There were some smudges on the cover, which detracted from my first impression. The content itself is solid, though, so I'm still happy with my purchase.
