I’ve tried a couple of the recipes in the Koffmann cookbook, and they’ve been delicious, but some lacked clear instructions. I had to guess on a couple of steps, which was a bit frustrating. Still, the taste was worth it!

Unfortunately, the Koffmann cookbook arrived with a bent cover. I was really looking forward to using it but was disappointed by the packaging. Waiting for a replacement now, hopefully the next one will be in better shape.

Great Cookbook but Lacks Diversity
I really enjoyed the main recipes in the Koffmann cookbook, but I was hoping for a broader range of cuisines. It's mostly focused on French cooking, which is great if you love that style. Just wish there were maybe more international options included.
