Cela est fait travers lethnographie du quartier de Villa Espaa, qui devient de plus en plus clbre parmi les institutions humanitaires en tant que site de desplazados et modle communautaire et participatif . Cette tude rvle ainsi comment la labellisation en tant que quartier de desplazados et linterventionnisme social cristallisent des dynamiques historiques locales nouvelles et induisent du changement social.
