The placement of implants in the edentulous ridge has several clinical advantages, such as preservation of the alveolar ridge width and height and reduction of the restorative treatment time. The aim of this study was to clinically and radiologically evaluate single stage immediate loading implants (Biohorizons Maximus) in periodontally compromised anterior clinical situations. This shortterm study showed that single stage immediate loading implants can be used with reasonable success in periodontally compromised anterior clinical situations.
