I found 'Cook: The CIA Memoir' to be a bit hit or miss. Some parts were super interesting, while others felt dragged out. I appreciated the insider view, but I wish it had more actionable recipes or tips. It’s an okay read for casual interest—nothing life-changing!

Intriguing Insight into CIA Life
Just finished reading 'Cook: The CIA Memoir' and I couldn't put it down! The stories from behind the scenes are fascinating, and the writing style is engaging. It gives a unique perspective on how intelligence and food intersect, which is something I never expected. If you're into espionage or cooking, this book is a must-read!

Not What I Expected
I was pretty disappointed with 'Cook: The CIA Memoir'. I expected more behind-the-scenes cooking stories but it leaned heavily on spy anecdotes. Honestly, it felt more like a biography than a cookbook. The cover looked great, but the content didn't match my expectations at all. Wouldn't recommend if you’re looking for culinary insights.
