La dosis test se emplea para detectar una malposicin del catter epidural. Hiptesis: S(+)Ketamina puede ser til para realizar la dosis test. Este estudio evala en dos fases intravenosa (IV) y subaracnoidea (SA) el empleo de S(+)K simulando una administracin accidental por un catter epidural. Estudio doble ciego y aleatorizado. Fase IV con 80 pacientes divididos en cuatro grupos, simulando una inyeccin accidental IV con 3 ml de: S(+)K 0,5mgKg1, Lidocaina (L5%) 1,5mgkg1, Adrenalina (AD) 15g y SF. Parmetros registrados PAS, PAM, PAD, FC y efectos clnicos a 0, 2, 5, 8, 10 y 15 min tras la inyeccin. Fase SA: incluy 57 pacientes divididos en tres grupos. Simulando una inyeccin accidental SA con 3ml de: S(+)K 0,5mgKg1, L5% 1,5mgkg1 y SF. Parmetros registrados PAS, PAM, PAD, FC y bloqueo motor, nivel sensitivo y efectos clnicos a 0, 2, 5, 8, 10 y 15 min tras la inyeccin.
