This is a complete basic book in EnglishKiswahili CodeSwitching in the FM Industry in Kenya. This a recently formed practice in FM Stations in Kenya. Data from naturally occurring conversations are analyzed within Blom and Gumperz's interactional/interpretative model. Four language patterns are identified including monolingual English and Kiswahili turns, codeswitched turns and turns showing convergence ( morphemes from one language with abstract grammatical structure from the other).
