Decent book but needs clearer explanations
The atlas is colorful and visually appealing, which I appreciate. However, I found some sections on mudras and spinal segments a bit hard to follow. It’s a good reference but could use better detail in certain areas.

Great resource for learning acupressure
I bought this colored atlas for my acupressure class, and it's been a fantastic help! The visuals on reflexology and shiatsu points are super clear and easy to understand. I’ve even started practicing some of the techniques at home!
