I was hoping for a more user-friendly guide. The content is solid, but the academic tone makes it hard to follow at times. I expected a more hands-on approach. I guess it might be better for professionals than for casual readers like me.

Informative but a bit dense
This book has a lot of valuable information about the vertebral column, but I found some sections to be a bit overwhelming. If you're new to this field, it might take a little time to digest everything. Still, there are some practical tips that I'll definitely use in my sessions.
