I bought Comet Star thinking it would be a magical story, but I found the pacing a bit slow. The drawings are lovely, but the story didn’t quite resonate with my son like I thought it would. It’s okay, but not as captivating as I hoped!

I picked up Comet Star for my niece, and while she enjoyed the story, I found it a bit simplistic for her age. The art is really nice, but I wish the plot had more depth. It’s still a cute book for younger kids, just not what I expected.
