I like the concept of this cookbook, but a few recipes call for ingredients that aren't easy to find in my area. It’s a bit frustrating! Still, the ones I've tried so far have been delicious, so I'm still happy overall.

I had high hopes for this book since Nick Cave is such an icon, but the recipes just didn’t hit the mark for me. Some were bland and didn’t have the depth I was looking for in vegan cooking. Maybe I’m just not the right audience for this style?

Lovely Vegan Recipes, Beautifully Illustrated
I recently picked up 'Comfort Eating with Nick Cave' and I'm really enjoying it. The recipes are not only vegan but they truly feel comforting and flavorful. The layout is nice, and the illustrations really bring the dishes to life. Great addition to my cooking collection!

A Fun Approach to Vegan Cooking!
